The little GEM - the fastest trophy, gift & jewelry, 4 axis mechanical
engraver in the world.
The first truly versatile, small, low priced
engraver to suite any budget. The GEM comes complete with a self-centering
vice with various work holding jigs, ideal to hold items from a trophy
plate, lighter, locket, pocket watch, pendant, hand bag mirror, to
a medal or a pet tag.
With the cylindrical attachment you are able to engrave 360 degrees
around a pen or mini flash light. The spindle motor enables burnishing
in coated metals and for deep engraving into metal and plastic.
Microstepping control offers increased accuracy and smooth operation
and when combined with the engraving software provided, you have a
system anyone can operate without the need for extensive training.
Engrave over curves surfaces like bracelets and pocket watches.
Just use the joystick and pointer to
quickly select the item dimensions and centering points. The
software will automatically size the item.

The GEM computerized engraver designed specifically for the retailer.
With an engraving area of 6” x 3” flat work and a 20mm
cylindrical capability. The self-centring vice is perfect when dealing
with one-offs or production runs on individual products. Combining
both flat and cylindrical engraving in a machine of this size has
not been possible, until now.
The wide range of push-fit jigs quickly clamp
any item, including; scrolls, medals, watches, trophy plates, rings,
bracelets, clocks, pendants, christening gifts, key fobs, lighters,
decanter labels, photo frames, hip flasks, pocket watches, business
card holders, laminate signs, badges, labels, brass plates and other
items. With unique pressure settings, even fine gold lockets can
be engraved without fear of damaging them.
New specialist diamonds have been
engineered to give superb results on pewter hip flasks. Combined
with the very latest GEM software, this machine has taken all the
hard work out of pens and gift items. Pre-programmed templates guarantee
perfect results every time.
