There are no color matching charges when you choose standard ink colors. Add $30(C) per color for matching to other Pantone® colors. TradeNet inks are not suitable for outdoor use.

Normally, stock items without a custom imprint are shipped within 48 hours. Larger orders may require more time.

On non-economy custom imprinted items, fax proofs are sent to customers (when requested) and online proofs are available within 72 hours when possible, with most orders shipping within 3-5 days after proof approval. Note pads and larger orders require more time.

Acknowledgement faxes are sent out same day purchase order is received. Our acknowledgments show the projected ship date based on proof approval within 24 hours of fax receipt and include the access code to proof the order online. Delays in proof approval may result in a later ship date.

Call TradeNet to discuss ship date. We will accommodate rush requests whenever possible at no additional charge. Your customer may need to upgrade freight to 2nd day or overnight. Changes in method of shipping must be requested in writing. Rush service and guaranteed ship dates are not available on Economy Products.

A single order that requires split shipment to different locations and/or packaging with varying quantities for different persons requires a master list indicating the addresses and quantities going to each location. For either drop shipment or special packaging add $5(C) per package or location. Specify Item #9DSHIP.

Minimum catalog quantity required per shipment. Orders not held in house. Order is invoiced as shipped.

When placing a repeat order, please refer to previous purchase order number, or TradeNet's invoice number.

Fax Proofs: Faxed paper proofs are free on all imprinted products when requested. If you need a fax proof, request it on your purchase order. If you don't request one, TradeNet may, at our discretion, fax you a proof for approval. If we feel your instructions are clear, a fax proof may not be sent. All changes on paper proofs MUST BE faxed back to TradeNet for verification.

Online Proofs: Color proofing is available on the Internet via CheckArt.com. Online Proofing is used to show you color and/or color breaks, but IS NOT an exact color matching proofing system. TradeNet cannot match what is output from laser printers, ink-jet printers or what you view on your computer monitor (these methods are subjective and may not accurately represent your final printed product).

Digital Proofs: Our digital color proofs are a close representation of the color of your product. Actual product may vary up to 5% after lamination is applied over image. Digital Proofs at $20(C) available on 4-Color process items. Digital proofs are sent via overnight shipping. If you do not want your proofs expedited, please contact Customer Service.

Product Proofs: Actual printed product proofs are $60(C) for one color, $20(C) for each additional color. Printed product proofs are FREE OF CHARGE on orders of $6,250(G) or more. Pantone® color matches are billed at $30(C) per color on all product proofs. Product proofs are sent via overnight shipping. If you do not want your proofs expedited, please contact Customer Service.

TradeNet bills at catalog prices unless a written quote from TradeNet accompanies order. You also may request a quote online.

Sales Catalogs, Special Flyers and Random Samples are provided at no charge and may be ordered online. Spec Samples are billed at $60(C) for one color, $20(C) for each additional color.

Unless indicated on purchase order or in writing, TradeNet reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, catalogs, flyers, advertisements and other promotional uses.

TradeNet does not provide packing slips, though we will use customer supplied packing slips at no extra charge.

TradeNet in most cases will ship the EXACT quantity ordered. TradeNet reserves the right, in accordance with printing industry standards, to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered. The exact quantity shipped will be noted on your invoice and is the quantity that will be billed.

Products manufactured from a printed and laminated sheet are a final thickness of 14 points; Products manufactured from a printed flexible magnetic sheet are laminated and final approximate thickness is 25 mil.; Note Pad Products are offset printed on white bond paper with a white backer card. Magnets are not intended for outdoor use.

Copy size varies on each product. Call TradeNet for exact specifications. Prices on all imprinted products include enlarging or reducing logo to size and typesetting eight lines of copy.

TradeNet has a fully computerized art department if you can not supply camera-ready art. While most orders are set up free of charge, you will be contacted by a TradeNet artist prior to production if additional art charges are required.

No additional plate or art charges are incurred if usable camera-ready black and white art or computer art on disk is supplied.
