SHIPPING TIME SCHEDULE:
Depends on the item ordered and if we have the item in stock.
We may need time to get all the materials, parts , colors or requested styles in stock from the factory before we can ship.
Normal in-stock, non-custom items can be shipped within 2-3 days.
If you requested a custom item and we have all the materials in stock please allow 7-10 days for shipment.
Other items that need to be special ordered from our suppliers may take 14-20 days for delivery.
Large quantity custom imprinted items over 200 pieces may take 4-5 weeks for delivery.
All orders will be shipped via UPS unless other arrangements have been made.
We ship via UPS, with No Signature Required, unless signature confirmation is requested by customer. We are not responsible for any lost of stolen packages delivered by UPS without signature confirmation required.
International shipments will be shipped Global Air Mail or may be shipped USPS if requested.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for any loss or damage when shipping via USPS, only UPS packages will be insured & replaced if lost or damage unless customer requests & pays for additional USPS shipping insurance.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We are not responsible for any additional customs, duties or international fees once the packages leaves our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY:
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Since all our items are special order and custom made merchandise all sales are final. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangable Items may be exchanged for store credit only if you are not fully satisfied & the items have not been opened or damaged in any way. This credit can be used on any of our 15 websites. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end.
Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact customer service for an RMA.
Many of our items are hard to find collector items.
In order to carry such a vast array of products some items must be special ordered from the manufacturer. Therefore refund requests are only granted if the item ordered is no longer available or takes longer than 30 days to ship. No exchanges or returns on custom ordered items or materials. We will exchange for store credit non custom items if you are not fully satisfied. If there is a problem or a defect with any item received we will replace that item in a timely manner. Any order that is placed will be charged to your credit card immediately.
There will be a 30% order processing charge on any refunds.
Product Specifications:
License plates and Frames are 6” x 12” Standard U.S. size (except for the authentic European and Japanese styles).
It is the customers responsibility to ensure their vehicle meets these standards prior to placing an order.
We recommend you contact your DMV for any regulations & state guidelines.
States not requiring front license plates: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia.
