  1. What is the Refund Policy?
    Since all our items are special order and custom made merchandise all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Items may be exchanged for store credit only if you are not fully satisfied & the items have not been opened or damaged in any way. This credit can be used on any of our 15 websites. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end. Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact customer service for an RMA.
  2. Why can't I return custom items?
    All custom made/personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. We request ALL CUSTOM ORDERS to be placed on our website. If you choose to phone in your custom orders, the burden of error falls on you. You are also welcome to fax or mail in your orders if you prefer not to place them online.
  3. Do you offer a warranty?
    All items have a limited warranty for 90 days. For any period after the 90 days we will be happy to contact the manufacturer of the item & at their discretion, replace the item. Damage caused by road debris or elements do not fall under warranty.
  4. Can you RUSH my order?
    Some items are available for rush. Please contact us Toll Free: (888)605-2572 for each items rush availability.
  5. Do my license plate frames come as a set?
    All items are sold individually unless otherwise noted. If you need a set, please adjust the quantity in your shopping cart.
  6. Can your state replica license plates be used legally?
    Our state replica license plates are for novelty, non-official use only and may not replace officially/government issued license plates.
  7. How long does an order take to process?
    Please allow up to 14 business days to process your order.
  8. What is the cost for shipping?
    UPS prices are based on your shipping state and the weight of your order. Once an item is placed in your shopping cart you will be able to calculate the cost by entering your "ship to state" and choosing either UPS Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Standard Canada.
  9. Is this item IN-STOCK?

  10. Do you have a printed catalog?
    No, we do not have a printed catalog at this time. You may view our entire selection of products 24/7 on our website.
  11. When will I get my refund?
    Please allow 7-10 business days for accounting to process the refund.
  12. Does my State require a front license plate?
    States that do not require a front license plate: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia. Canadian Provinces Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Northwest Territories.
