Shipping & Delivery

In-stock, non-custom items can be shipped within 2-3 business days.

We may need time to get all the materials, parts, colors or requested styles in stock from the factory before we can ship some items.

If you requested a custom item and we have all the materials in stock please allow 7 business days for shipment.

Non-stock special order items may need to be sent from our suppliers and may take up to 14-20 days for processing.

Large quantity custom imprinted items over 200 pieces may take 4-5 weeks for delivery.

All orders will be shipped via UPS unless other arrangements have been made.

We ship via UPS (no signature required) and therefore not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if we get UPS delivery confirmation.

For additional security a UPS signature requirement upon delivery may be requested when placing orders.

International shipments will be shipped Global Air Mail or may be shipped USPS if requested.

We are not liable for loss or damage when shipping via USPS. Only UPS packages will be insured & replaced if lost or damaged unless the customer requests and pays for additional USPS shipping insurance.

International Shipments: We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties or import fees once the package leaves our warehouse.
